  It has already been proven that all components of the “Xyron S 8.9 MX Carbon” frame are made of carbon – from the main frame to the rocker arm and the rear triangle. What is new, however, is the smart system from Bosch, with which you can connect your bike to the E-Bike Flow app. You can find out all information about biking via the app or read it on the “Kiox300” display.

  Uphill, the bike benefits not only from the most powerful Bosch “Performance CX” drive, but also from the gear ratio and precise gear shifting of the sporty derailleur gears from Shimano. Downhill, the “Xyron S 8.9 MX Carbon” scores with its Fox chassis with “Performance 36 Float” fork with 160 mm travel and the “Float X” damper.

  The large hydraulic disc brakes ensure reliable deceleration. The 750 Wh battery with the highest capacity disappears completely into the down tube, which ensures a clean appearance. The bearings, which are invisible from the outside, also contribute to this.

  For more control and better handling, the “Xyron S 8.9 MX Carbon” is made with a mix of two different wheel sizes, a similar principle to that used in motocross. 29” at the front – for better rollover properties when over obstacles – and 27.5” at the rear for maneuverable and agile steering. The Schwalbe tire mix consists of “Magic Mary” (62 mm at the front) and “Big Betty” (65 mm at the rear).

  Other details include the 780 mm wide handlebar, so that the bike can be maneuvered agilely over the trail, and the Contec “Drop-A-Gogo” dropper seat post. Always the optimal position on the bike – whether uphill or downhill.
