Thanks to its low centre of gravity, modern geometry and short struts, the handling characteristics of the Moterra are very high. This makes the Moterra the ideal companion for demanding uphill and downhill natural trails. Riders come in different weights. The Proportional Response approach is the only frame design that adjusts the rear suspension for each size, so every rider gets optimal traction, suspension behavior and bike control.

The frames are engineered with Cannondale’s Size-Specific Proportional Response approach. This changes the rear suspension kinematics to match the best possible suspension response for different rider heights in each situation. This maximizes traction and suspension behavior on the exits, superior system behavior under braking, and responsiveness of expression in every part of the trail.
